These competitions give exhibitors the opportunity to challenge themselves, benchmark their livestock and gain valuable feedback from judges,” said Paul Guerra, CEO, The Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria (RASV).

“It’s fantastic to see competitors come to the Royal Melbourne Show each year. Here they have the valuable chance to get together, catch up and network, as well as showcasing their livestock.”

“It’s also great to see so many young people attending and entering into these events. We are strong supporters of young people entering into the industry and competitions like this are a great way to continue to build young people’s experience in the industry and for them to gain experience and advice from industry experts.”
