Port Phillip Farmers' Society Prize for produce

This silver plated teapot was awarded by the Port Phillip Farmers' Society to Messrs R and J Buchanan for Produce in 1859 The Buchanan brothers received the teapot prize for the best 40 bushels of wheat, which they had grown on their farm in Berwick with seed from Adelaide.
