There is nothing like the thrill and excitement of winning a coveted Melbourne Royal blue ribbon and in 2023 it will be even more special with commemorative ribbons and prizes being presented in celebration of 175 years of Melbourne Royal.

There is nothing like winning a coveted Melbourne Royal blue ribbon and so it is time to get back to competing in 2022. All our favourites are back, and you will also find some exciting new events planned by the committees. The 2022 Show is being held at Melbourne Showgrounds from 22 September to 2 October.

Since 1872, the Melbourne Royal® Dog Show has grown into the Australia’s leading All-Breeds Championship Show, with more than 3,900 entries across 200 breeds competing over nine days during the annual Melbourne Royal® Show at Melbourne Showgrounds, Ascot vale.

The Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria (RASV) has launched an all-new Makers and Creators Competition for art, craft and cookery enthusiasts to enter.
